Pilates | Yoga | Bootcamp
We take care of your body and analyze what exactly you need. The professional technique and our experience allow to find the appropriate intervention for you. In this way we are making the workout functional and applicable to everyday life or sport-specific training.
All the group- and personal trainings are instructed by Reto Dumeng. He is a certified STOTT PILATES trainer, Fitness Instructor and Psychologist. He teaches various fitness- and choreography classes for many years in different european countries.
Your training is possible in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian Language.
